Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. When my order didn’t show up, they were quick to respond and I was more then satisfied with the product when I did recover it from the snow bank several days later. I have to say they will get my business again 😃

BAIT and SWITCH!!
BAIT and SWITCH!! I placed an order well ahead of when I would need my refill. The offer included 2 day shipping but the offer failed to mention that they had no stock. After 10 days the oil still had not shipped and I was running out. Had to switch to a different vendor - R+R Distillery very happy with the results on that oil. Note if their shipping/website QC is similar to their manufacturing QC then who knows what's in their oil?

We were not as well prepared as we thought when the sale went live, which put a delay on orders; we apologize for the inconvenience that caused. I thought I purchased CBD OIL but…
I thought I purchased CBD OIL but instead I received a bottle of very clear, transparent liquid. Hemp CBD OIL should have at least some color and smell to it. Cheaper priced oil is far more better than this. I will never buy from this company again. FRAUDULENT

Hi Amelia. Not a fraudulent oil by any means, just a different extraction method. We use a pure CBD isolate which is tasteless, odorless, and colorless when added to a liquid. That being said, other oils you have tried might have been considered broad/full spectrum which have an earthy smell and golden color due to the cannabinoids still present in that oil. An isolate strips away any other cannabinoids and THC so you can get just CBD.

My honest experience with this cbd…
My honest experience with this cbd brand is bad. I thought it will give me cbd effect, relaxed and less anxious. The one that i have been using that i bought in organic store is way better and much cheaper. Will not buy this brand anymore. The flavor is not an issue but i feel it is fake and not really value for money. I throw it away. I am not buying this no more. I would rather get from Organic store.

only because I can't rate lower
only because I can't rate lower - 2 1/2 weeks after I place my order, my money is refunded, nothing is shipped, no explanation. Uh, Thanks for NOTHING. All I had wanted was to get my psychotic dog off of trazadone. I got nothing

NEVER AGAIN - CBD OIL
Hello guys, l have to say, l wanted to try your brand and purchased 30 ml cbd oil from you guys. It was one of the biggest dissatisfaction l have ever had. As someone who recently discovered the power of CBD oil, l didn’t notice any effect on me (not talking about being high - having a relaxed feeling). l am not planning to purchase any cbd oil from you guys.

Hi Moss. We apologize that you did not have a great experience when trying out Select. Please keep in mind we use a CBD isolate, which is free of other cannabinoids and contains 0.0% THC. If you decide to try us out again, we do have a large variety of products that all contain CBD.
