I have taken the cbd oil for mostly for arthritic pain and it has helped a lot. It allows me to avoid taking Tylenol or other over the counter pain relief meds that after a few can not be good and cause me to have an upset stomach. I recommend not overdoing it after taking the oil if you are feeling up to something that normally causes you pain.
