First hit had a nice minty smooth flavor but after that, it has a very chemically/burnt plastic taste on the exhale. The cbd effects are very minor and not worth the bad taste in my opinion. Won’t be buying again:(

The product (unflavored CBD tincture) is *excellent*, potent and consistent order to order. The website is very painful to order from. I have an account yet it complains my email address is invalid -- however if I try to create an account with that email it refuses saying there's already an account. The password reset emails do not send (but I get the marketing emails, and the receipt for an order just fine). I had to re-enter the address/credit card data several times as it kept wiping out everything I entered when it complained about the email issue.

Have tried multiple times to email customer service and sales, and only get kicked backed emails about no domain. Ordered pet cbd and could not get top off without pliers. I understand being childproof, but having to take pliers on vacation to be able to open it for the dogs is ridiculous and frustrating.

It took 8 days from the time I placed my order until they shipped it. And they charged me for shipping too. No communication or service. Disappointing.

Product is good and is shipped in a timely manor. They stopped accepting a major credit card and I was unable to make my purchases. Since I use CBD for pain relieve this was a serious issue and they did not have an alturnitive other than using the ONE card they accept.
