There was an error with my order. 3 days later I was sent a letter to correct the error, the order was placed again. It’s been over a week & still hasn’t come! It doesn’t seem as if the order was sent 1st class mail. In the past it’s come in approximately 2 days. My daughter-in-law has received her order & a free sample packet in less than a week. Since she has 33,000 followers I guess she has priority. Although I love your product, I am very disappointed in the service.

It took 4 days to arrive my order, even tough I paid for 2 day air delivery. 😠

Pen lasted no longer than 2 days. Only puffed on it about 15 times a day. And they were 250mg pens. I don’t recommend buying at full price. I made another decision to make a purchase. This time 50% off. I feel like they package it that way, so you can’t see the actual amount of CBD liquid extract. Or I just got a faulty/dud pen. Either way. Gonna give it another try. If SocialCBD can fix this error and make it right, it would be greatly appreciated (i.e. free, new pen or refund/discount)

Helped me fall asleep but didn’t help me stay asleep. Also gave me stomach cramps. Would not recommend.

I ordered a lavender and a pet chicken flavor both came with broken droppers that won’t pick the oil up. The shipping was kind of slow and it took two days after I ordered for anything about a shipment email to even be sent. As well as the packaging wasn’t very good I’m honestly surprised the glass bottles weren’t broken due to lack of padding for shipping. I really do like the products though.

I'm happy with the oil itself. I can't say it's reducing joint pain at all, but taking it before bedtime is helping me sleep more soundly and my Fitbit verifies my personal perception. But the so-called discount associated with the name change burned me twice. The first time, the Friday announcement said the bargain price was good through June of next year. I had commitments that kept me away from my e-mail over the weekend and the following Monday I saw the announcement that the bargain had ended Sunday night. No discount for me. The second time was advertised as 'Buy 2, Get 2 More'. So I bought 2. Only 2 were sent. Afterwards support told me that I would have had to buy 4 and would have been given credit for 2. There was no statement in the announcement, on the website or during the cart process describing this idea. So I ended up paying FULL PRICE for 2 bottles, the highest price I had ever payed. I would have been better off if the name had never changed.

I tried twice a day but my anxiety persists.

Purchased 2 bottles during the buy 2 get 2 promotion but did not receive promotion bottles.
