Received a pen as a gift and I loved it. Purchased a second one but it only works sporadically.

Not sure if it is helping after using it less than a month. But will keep trying and see . No side effect as far as I can see. But I think it cost a lot.

Shipping was quick, but my pen didn’t last more than a day and a half without tasting burnt. I have a hard time believing I used the max serving size in that short amount of time, but I have little experience with CBD pens. Usage was easy and taste was good, but didn’t get much effects.

It's not working as well as the 10 to 1 CBD THC I was taking, I wish I could find the 10 to 1 cheaper, I can't afford this.

Great products but questionable customer support. Had 2 shipments sent to the wrong address even after confirming the address with the support team before the packages were sent.

I like the product. But I get annoyed when I buy two or three bottles and immediately the next day you guys send me an email for a ridiculously good sale (for a short period) AFTER I’ve already paid full price. You guys don’t send me sale emails unless I’ve paid full price for an order. And the emails you send are for things that I do not purchase ever.

Loved the taste and the subtle relaxation was perfect in my opinion. However, the pen stopped working almost a week in and was very disappointed. Hope they have improved since I purchased mine.

I wonder why my experience is not the same as everyone else I talk to who has used the product. I can only conclude I have considerably more pain on a daily basis than those I have talked with about the helpfulness of the CBD. I use daily pain medicine prescribed by a pain specialist and no one I have talked to has seen any physicain for pain treatment. They all self medicate. My doctor is the one who suggested I try CBD. He suggested a dose of 35 mg. I tried that dose and doubled it still without any signs the medicine was working. I would suggest trying CBD. If it works for you great. I wish it helped me.
