I added stuff to my cart to finish in morning. Company emailed me a 25% off coupon to encourage me to complete transaction, which i did not see until i had already completed transaction. I emailed them asking them to honor the discount and never received a reply of any kind. Poor.

I got the cbd oil hoping it would relieve the anxiety in my dog. I do not notice any change in her anxiety level. ...bummer.

The product is excellent, but the customer service is non existent. When I placed my order I made a comment about the bottle cap, which I followed up with an email. The reply suggested I contact them when the order came. The order came and the cap was an issue. I placed a phone call to customer service which was an answering service only, the message was that to receive service you must send an email. I left a message, then immediately sent an email outlining my problem. Neither the voice mail or the email has been answered. That is rude. I even offered them the option of calling me collect. My question is simple & not time consuming, but it does not matter to this company. Will not purchase again.

Terrible customer service. Bad product

I placed my order on Jan 11. It is now Jan 24 and the tracking number still only states a packing slip was created. This is medication. I should not have to wait so long for my order. If your product is on back order just say so and I can go to a local place and get my meds. Please ship my order or at least give me an accurate update/excuse. Thanks,

My first pen was perfect lasted 2 weeks because I only use it at night to go to sleep. The second pen came on Wednesday night and Friday night was flashing. I sent an email and still 1.5 weeks later still no response. So clearly they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I'm sorry I could not rate you the complete 5 stars, I bought the muscle rub and it alleviated the pain for a very short time, and the drops did not work at all.

Every aspect of this purchase and delivery went perfectly.
