Urgent refund request – Cancelled Order #678812 Hello, I paid $29.99 for Order #678812, Invoice #425550. The money was charged from my bank card, but the order was immediately marked as “Cancelled”, and the service was not provided. Please issue a full refund of $29.99 to my original payment method. I do not agree to receive store credit or account balance. Please confirm the refund and provide the refund transaction/reference number. If the refund is not processed, I will dispute the transaction with my bank as a service not provided. Thank you.
