The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever, I’ve been waiting over a month for a purchase, they claim they are on vacation and that the shipment will be made the following week, please never buy from this site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
I ordered on 1/16/26 and still haven't received the item. I tried calling customer service, no answer. I reached out via email and they were supposed to escalate it and have yet to hear back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

After reviewing your order, it appears that the package was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier. While this is rare, it can happen, and we truly regret the experience you had. We also apologize for the difficulty reaching us and for the delay in follow up. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Because carriers do not automatically notify us when a package is lost, we rely on customers to let us know if an order has not arrived so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to proactively confirm delivery on every individual order without being notified. At this point, we are more than happy to make this right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact us directly so we can resolve this immediately for you. Thank you for your patience, and again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

They don't necessarily have the item in stock
I ordered cleats back in December. As of today, I STILL had not received my order. I emailed and they said my order hadn't been processed and they didn't have a shipping date available. That is 15 DAYS from the date I ordered. TERRIBLE! I would go else where they value their customers.

Very irresponsible
Very irresponsible, I ordered on December 12, never received any shipping confirmation, 2 weeks later they sent me a email saying my cleats were out of stock. Poor service poor communication.

Extremely disappointed first time customer!!
I ordered the limited edition Black Panther Portugal Jersey as a surprise Christmas gift for my 25 year old son, and to MY surprise, I opened the package and the jersey that I received was NOT the correct size. I ordered an ADULT XL jersey and received a youth XL jersey. I paid for the adult size and have no children to give this jersey too. You've ruined mine and my son's Christmas!

I waited 5 weeks for my order just to…
I waited 5 weeks for my order just to receive the wrong thing. I was told 3-4 weeks from my order date and I had to reach out twice before it was finally shipped. Then arrives and it’s the wrong jersey.

Lack of Communication, No Response
I have sent multiple emails about my order, with no one contacting me back. I have called every number listed and it always says they are helping another customer or away from the desk to call back later. I'm starting to think that this website is a scam. Until I hear back from someone I will stick with that thought.

I bought a pair of indoor cleats - NOT AUTHENTIC
I’m furious! I bought a pair of indoor cleats, and the second I wore them for my game, it was painfully obvious they were complete fakes! These garbage shoes had zero flex—none! When I planted my foot and tried to run, it felt like stomping in cement blocks. Within just 10 minutes, the inside of my foot was rubbed raw, practically bleeding! These cleats were so insanely stiff, it’s like they were designed to torture me. I’ve bought cleats for over 25 years and not a single one has ever been this awful. I emailed the company, laid out the whole disaster, and what do they say? “Sorry, you wore them, so no return or exchange!” Are you kidding me?! Absolute scam! I’LL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN!!!
