Honestly one of the best hosting companies ever! I've been a customer with snowside for about 6 months now and I haven't had any kind of problems with downtimes. Their support times are always the fastest haven't ever waited more than 3 hours for support even on weekends! Becoming a Dedicated server customer has been nothing but easy it was stress free and they helped me out with every single problem i had and even helped me when it was 1 in the morning (sorry Jon). They even helped me with products that aren't related to the company! All in all an awesome company would highly recommend.
