The worst experience ever. The item I ordered was completely different from the advertised item. Additionally, I paid more than expected due to hidden fees. There is no common sense from the seller when trying to deal with this issue. They won't return the item or give me a refund. Very disappointed.

I put an order in on 29-12-2022. I have been in continual contact with a computer that insists on telling me my shipping code. I continue to inform them that the code in not recognised and that I want a refund. There is no customer service from Snow Grass, I really feel that this is a scam and that they should be closed down.

The “dress” I received from Snow Grass is terrible!! It is not the right size, very flimsy and unwearable. Do NOT buy anything from this supposed company. I am trying to get a refund.

I bought their magical car ice scraper. It's made out of thin cheap plastic. I've paid 35$ for 5 of them. They are made of 2 pieces that don't hold together... Don't waste your money on them. And it took forever for the shipping.

Bought stoppers for doors under name "distceinthe" which payment came up for snow grass. Overcharged $5+. Emailed to ask why different amount pending from final sale invoice was given an app to butvemail to chat with cust service that did not work. Contact bank to stop payment who state they cannot while pending. This firm pops up in Google ads regularly, now using other names.
