Great for turning vague support issues into clear frontend fixes
Sniffer has been a very positive addition to our day-to-day workflow. I spend a fair amount of time close to the frontend, but also helping with support follow-up, so I really appreciate tools that make it easier to understand whether a ticket should become a bug, a docs update, or a quick customer reply. Sniffer has been especially helpful for that. What I like most is how quickly we can go from a vague report like “the page kept spinning” to something concrete. Being able to review the session, line it up with the browser error, and see the exact step where a user got stuck saves a lot of back-and-forth. We recently used it after a small UI change in an account settings flow, and it became clear that people were missing a validation message in one state. That led to both a frontend fix and a better help article, which noticeably reduced repeat tickets. It also fits nicely into a modern web workflow. When I am checking regressions after a release, it is useful to have replay and error context in one place instead of piecing things together across several tabs. Search is generally fast, and sharing findings with the rest of the team is straightforward. If I had one gentle suggestion, it would be to make saved views a little easier to organize for recurring investigations, especially when support and engineering are both looking at the same issue patterns. A bit more structure there would help. Aside from that, the product has been reliable and genuinely useful for improving ticket quality and deflecting issues through better knowledge base content.
