I PURCHASED 2 FORMS YESTERDAY AND…
I PURCHASED 2 FORMS YESTERDAY AND ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE THE LINK WITH IN 30 MIN. GOING ON THE FOLLOWING DAY YET NOTHING! I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CALL, LEFT MESSAGES, OPEN A TICKET, ATTEMPTED TO USE THEY'RE LIVE CHAT WHICH SAY "NO ACTIVE AGENT TRY LATER". THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND FAKE. WILL FILE A FRAUD CASE!

I ordered (#17736) and never received my product. I have filed a complaint with multiple agencies. The attorney generals of Indiana and Florida have opened an investigation. I'm pressing fraud charges

No download and counting 3 days after…
No download and counting 3 days after purchase. You write the help page and they accuse you of trying to get their product for free by asking for a refund? What kind of customer service response is this? Do not waste your money this is very shady and offer no resolution to your inability to access your paid for product other than to say watch youtube videos on how to fix the issue

I ordered a form on their website
I ordered a form on their website. The delivery took significantly longer than promised and the link they sent me does not open. I have left several telephone messages and attempted to chat on the website with no response (the phone number they have on the website connects to a personal phone message and no call back yet and when you open the chat on their site there is no available agent). I had a horrible experience with this company. It appears to me that they are falsely advertising the delivery time and as of now several days after they charged me, I still have no accessible form. I will be contacting the relevant authorities and I will proceed with legal action.

They sell business forms
This site sells business forms. As an independent HVAC contractor I have purchased several contractor forms in recent years and they have served my purpose.
