Great service an even better price. NOBODY in the DFW Metroplex can compete.

Thank you much! There are several really good companies in the DFW area, but since we are fiercely independent and do everything in house, we really try harder. Very important things, like our 24 hour monitoring, are not sub contracted out, which is very common in our industry.

We had some doors replaced and the result was an inability to set the alarm system. Our system is part old wiring and part wireless. We contacted ST support and got Aaron. He went through the protocols, gave me understandable directions, evaluated the system and came up with the problem. He immediately scheduled a tech and helped me to get the majority of the system back on line. Couldn't have been easier and more thorough. Thanks guys and gals.

We have been so pleased with our security service with Smith Thompson. As new homeowners, it was important to us to feel like we had quality security at an affordable cost, and Smith Thompson has proven to be all of that and more. The customer service is excellent, and we absolutely love getting to support a local business. We would recommend Smith Thompson to anyone and everyone!
