Smith Thompson Home SecurityReviews of smiththompson.com

We had our Alarm System 4G LTE Ready Cellular transmitter upgrade today. It was the very best experience we have had in a long time. He came within the time frame window, quickly did an excellent installation, fixed some other things that needed to be tweaked, and was very pleasant to work with! Thank you Smith Thompson!

We have enjoyed the service from Smith Thompson for four years now. A breeze to work with. We have had nothing but great service! A.M. MacPherson

I've had Smith Thompson home security for years. It's a great value, immediate call the few times I've accidently tripped the alarm. I recommend the service to everyone I who ask for home security recommendations.

From initial consultation to implementation another quality job by Smith Thompson.

I have been using Smith Thompson Home Security for many years. You just can not beat the price for home security. I did not need all the bells and whistles that other companies push on you with their bundles. I knew what I needed. A friendly no hassle company. Go out and compare prices and you see that Smith Thompson can't be beat.

We are very happy to join Smith Thompson Home Security. My brother has been telling us about his long-term experience with them, and the monthly rate charge is so much less than what we have been paying Brinks Home Security for the last 30 years for the same service we now have with Smith Thompson. Their customer service person (Brittany) with whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful, and the service technician (Sean S.) was most helpful and friendly as well. We are so happy we are saving a little over $600.00 per year and that we have joined a company that cares about their customers -- that's very important to us. Dinsmore Family Arlington, TX

Today the tech was at our home to install upgraded equipment to our security alarm. He was here early within the window of time that was scheduled. He was very professional and completed the job within 15 minutes. Very pleased with Smith Thompson home security.

We have been with Smith Thompson for 3 years now and we find them to be honest and excellent at what they do. We have been so pleased with our security service. I would highly recommend them for your home security and alarm monitoring service.
