After paying a competitor nearly $70 per month for alarm monitoring, and getting such poor service from them, we switched to Smith Thompson. What great customer service from their tech to install the new updated system and keypads! This kind of excellent service and all for a very fair, and low price. We are so very pleased and highly recommend Smith Thompson!

I just bought a new home, and to my surprise, it lacked a security system. Since I was accustomed to having security, I began to research security companies. Smith-Thompson is superior in so many ways!! They have the most equipment for the lowest price, the most affordable monitoring, and best of all, no contracts. I would highly recommend Smith-Thompson.

We switched to Smith Thompson for their great rates, customer service, and wireless product. We are very happy with our experience so far. The sales person was great and explained the product thoroughly. Our installer came on time and finished the job very quickly. He was very careful to check out the existing system to make sure it was compatible and functioning properly.

We just moved to Texas from Chicago and didn't have any idea about any of the security firms. Our realtor's Concierge service recommended a security firm with all the bells and whistles. I knew who the previous owner used and I also knew what she was paying and the difference and the price was considerably more affordable. We did not need all the bells and whistles. Since the house was already set up for Smith Thompson, the initial visit went very fast. Our technician, Shawn, was very thorough though, making sure that everything was working as it should be. He clearly explained everything we need to know and we are very satisfied that we went with this company. Since we have moved in, I have met many people that also use this company and are very satisfied as well.

Have only had dealings with two employees so far, the first was Adam the sales representative, I had called about a month earlier and when I called again he remembered everything from the first conversation (amazing). Shawn the install technician was a pleasure. He was very professional and converted my system quickly and was extremely knowledgeable with what he was doing, a quality quite comforting for a security company to have.

The technician was great. Converted my system to wireless quickly and efficiently. Affordable rates. Friendly employees. I was with another company for many years, was paying twice as much a month. I wish I had switched sooner.

We've had Smith Thompson into homes now and the service has been fantastic. Even when moving homes...they made the transition seamless. The technicians are always on time and they set up the system very quickly. Everyone I've ever dealt with at the company has been responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Fortunately, no alarms so far, but very impressed with their representatives -- both on the phone, and the the fellow who came to install the system. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We were with another company before and wish we had switched sooner.
