We recently had to update our security system. We had remembered ads for Smith Thompson Security, so we contacted them. Anticipating having to install a whole new system, as ours was very old, what a nice surprise it was to have the technician say we could use the same contacts, and only update the main board and add the Uplink for the wireless ability. We were able to save hundreds of dollars!! With the low monthly fee and no contract, it was a Win-Win situation. Would definitely recommend them.

After searching for weeks online for home security I called Smith Thompson and was told about the protection provided and price which both sounded great.I set a installation date which was done promptly and I am really happy with the quality of service and the price is unbeatable.I would highly recommend

Signed up a couple of weeks ago, the installer arrived on time and explained everything to me. I had to call a few days later because the system would not give me enough time to disarm the alarm when getting in, resulting in the alarm going off unnecessarily. They discovered the issue, scheduled a technician to come and fix it, and provided me with a workaround in the meantime. The fix was done promptly and everything is working as expected now. Not only would I recommend Smith Thompson to a friend, I have already done it.

We used to use a different company that was more expensive and had a much longer response time, once our contract was up with them we got some referrals from my husbands coworkers for ST, we decided to go with them based on their price and being a local company. We have been highly satisfied with every employee we have talked to, VERY impressed with their response time and you cant beat the price. We had ST in our first house and just moved to our second where we had them change the system that was already installed in the house so that we were able to stay with them rather than using the other provider that everyone else in the neighborhood uses.

The company was very professional and explained everything very well. We were very pleased with the installation and the installer. We highly recommend this company.

From the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the installation to the service, I love using Smith Thompson. My sister recommended them and I would recommend it to anyone! I love the fact that I don't have to have internet or phone hooked up...everything can go through the Uplink box! My new house feels safe and secure and I couldn't be happier!!
