Just switched from a higher priced company to Smith Thompson. Installer arrived on time and was professional. It's only been a week, but everything appears to be working just fine.

We recently switched to Smith Thompson from another security company. I shopped around to compare prices and they were by far the most affordable company offering the same level of service. I also appreciate that we are not locked into a contract (not that we plan to switch again). Their system worked with what was already installed at our house and we only had to pay around $90 for one piece of equipment. They sent someone out to install very quickly and he was on time. We fortunately haven't had to use them yet for an alarm event but so far we are very happy! We also have many friends who use them and they were very highly recommended to us.

We switched to Smith Thompson at our old home location. Everything was first rate, from the installation, wireless connection (we were able to drop our old "land line phone" as we never used it for anything other than our old security system. So, when we sold our house and downsized into a townhouse Smith Thompson was our obvious choice to monitor our new system.

I am very happy I changed to Smith Thompson. The installer was right on time, worked quietly and quickly. He taught me how to use the new keypad and went though the program several times to make sure I understood. The price per month fits my fixed income too. Judy Sager

We have been with Smith Thompson for several years now. We recently moved and Smith Thompson made the move perfectly smoothe. I refer all my friends to Smith Thompson.

The installer was great. Came out at a convenient time promptly on a Saturday afternoon and upgraded the equipment in about a half hour or so. Although there was some added costs that I didn't anticipate when talking to the service rep over the phone initially, they didn't turn out to be as bad after I received the final installer bill. The installer apologized stating he actually had quoted me a little bit higher than it actually was on the final bill. I like the new alarm keypad they installed replacing the original GE Concord 4. The display is a lot less brighter than the former and doesn't keep you awake at night.

From the initial sales contact, through to installation, finally to billing, this is quite an efficient organization in an industry troubled by high-cost inefficiencies. I cannot begin tell you enough positive things about them other than they are the real deal and the price doesn't mean you're being scammed. You get what you need when you need it.
