A friend told me about Smith and Thompson...it was $19.95 a month. I was paying $35.82 a month so I decided to switch. The equipment I already had worked and everything is just the same as it was. The only exception is I'm paying almost half and even received one month free when I paid the year in advance. I was skeptical at first but so glad I made the switch. There is just no reason to throw good money away for the same service you can get elsewhere. Thanks so much!!!

We switched recently from another security company and Smith Thompson made the change easy. The person I contacted laid out all of the options and prices so I knew ahead of time how much I would pay for service and how much the installation would cost. The guy who came out to do the install was polite and patient with my questions. He showed up on time and was very professional.

The Smith Thompson tech was friendly and professional, even following up after the appointment to make sure things worked properly. Highly recommended.
