After shopping several home security providers to replace/repair our existing security system, a neighbor referred us to Smith Thompson. We found them to be the most honest and the best value. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, and able to explain potential options over the phone. When the technician arrived, there were no surprises or attempts to coerce us into a new system that we didn't need. The technician tested our system, identified a few issues, and repaired them at a very reasonable price. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a new system as all of the other companies suggested, we spent a fraction of the cost to have our existing system working like new (and upgraded to cellular monitoring). I highly recommend Smith Thompson for monitoring service and system repair/installation.

Just moved here from out of state, had many options and interviewed several companies. No way was going back with previous company. Let's just say they got a little too big and uresponsie to the customer - You know who I am talking about. After I had just about given up and settled I saw an ad for Smith Thompson and I reluctantly called them expecting the same old song and dance. What I got was some of the best customer service I've had, immediate responses to my questions, 2 of the most professional and curteous technicians and a great system at a great price. Also have had a couple of oops's setting off the alarm by accident and received a call from the alarm monitorig company within a minute. FANTASTIC

Please let Smith Thompson be your security partner! A previous ATT Digital Life customer 40 a month plus 20 service calls to fix or try to fix system! We recently moved and looked at other security companies.Smith Thompson is the BEST! 17.95 a month no increases in 30 yrs! AMERICAN call centers based in Texas! My Tech that came out on time and said that the Thompson"s are great partners to do business with and will protect your home! Your looking is over for the BEST home security to protect your family and valuables!!

After three years with C&B Security at over $90/quarter, our son recommended that we take a look at Smith Thompson. I set up the appointment, the technician called about 1/2 hour before he arrived. He thoroughly explained the changes he was going to make to our current system, along with any related expenses (the wireless device had to be replaced @ a cost of $89). In addition, we asked if he could install another pad near one of our doors to the garage and he quickly did that, as well. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a monitoring service to consider Smith Thompson!!

My husband and I were stuck in a 5 year contract with Guardian Protection and were paying $42.99 per month so we were excited to finally sign up with Smith Thompson for under $17.00 per month with no contract. We were able to easily schedule the appt. The installer was prompt and finished his work in 15 minutes. He answered all our questions and provided the outdoor signs and stickers. The customer service was exceptional and we're extremely happy with the service. This is definitely who we should have gone with in the first place. We highly recommend this company to everyone.

I am amazed at how great the customer service has been and the very reasonable price. (Way less price than any other alarm companie that I have experience with) I installed and serviced fire/burg alarm systems for a major retail company so I know a lot about alarm systems. All the questions I asked of the technician were answered in a VERY intelligent manor. Some of the major alarm companies have a tendency to get very short with you when asking questions or questioning what they are doing. My experience with the Smith Thompson technician was far from that . I am extremely satisfied with Smith Thompson and am happy to recommend them to anyone needing an alarm system or monitoring.

Working with Smith Thompson was VERY easy! I called them to get pricing and they never tried to sell me anything or pressure me into buying extras. When they came out to do the hookup he was very fast and friendly and again, he didn't try to sell me any additional equipment! VERY big plus over ADT who was CONSTANTLY trying to get me to buy their Pulse package!

Friendly and helpful staff made the installation a breeze! The system is easy to use and we could not be more pleased with the affordable price.
