I was looking to make a switch from the security company I was with and started my search on the BBB site to find highest rated. The first two companies I checked out and called were asking for a lot of money upfront and long term contracts. Then, I called Smith Thompson. No long term contract, very affordable rates and all equipment prices upfront on their website. Once I gave them a call, there was absolutely no reason to even search elsewhere so I scheduled my appointment. The tech called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived on time. He was very professional and had the service running in no time. Transparent, great service and awesome price!!

Wow! Our kids have used this company and always told us to try them. They said 'the is the nicest company we have ever done business with' and we have to confirm that as well. The installation was quick, clean and easy and Sean was so great to work with. We should have listened to our kids and called Smith Thompson sooner! Great service and a great price.

We were looking for a cost effective way to secure our home. We learned about this company through one of the neighborhood coupon flyers. I was skeptical about the old system that was already in my home, as it didn't look promising. They were able to upgrade the system for a very low cost. The technician was very friendly and informative. He never pushed us to purchase anything that we did not need. Our new system is easy to use and works great!

We had been looking to transfer our alarm service away from a large corporation. We heard about Smith Thompson after asking for recommendations from our HOA social media page and the overwhelming majority came back with ST as the referral. I called the number on the website for more information and to ask a few questions and Jeremy R. was polite, professional, and was able to address each concern I had. We went ahead and scheduled to have them come out for the install and activation. We had a few new windows put in, as well as a new door and, as a result, new contacts and/or wireless contacts were needed to supplement. Both the contacts and wireless contacts were installed at a reasonable and affordable price. After installation, the tech went over how to use the system in its entirety and well as how to register the system with our town. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and product we’ve received and would refer them to friends/family.
