Installation of additional equipment with start of service was no problem. On time appointment. Courteous service throughout. And, saving us money!

Love this company! Costs me less than half of my previous home security service and provides better service. It took less than half an hour for the switch and they were able to use the equipment already installed in my house. They provide flexible payment schedules and even do pest control!

Great company that actually cares. Installer was very helpful, provided easy to use cheat sheet and you actually talk with a person when you call. Great price and service.

We have been very happy with our service with Smith Thompson. Our installation tech was on time, polite, very knowledgeable and respectful of my time. He repaired the areas messed up by our previous company, tested the system to make sure all areas were operational and taught me how to use the system. Also the one time that our system was accidently set off the operator waited on the line while I attempted to contact my daughter to verify it was a false alarm. Our previous company was always very rushed to get off the phone if the alarm was set off. We are very impressed with this company and would deffinately recommend them.

We are new customers of Smith Thompson (~3mths) after a completely AWFUL experience with another provider. We are so happy we decided to make the switch to Smith Thompson - great customer service, incredible price with no contracts, & most of all the feeling of safety in our home with our new system. I have called and spoke with the tech department, and they were able to diagnose and walk me through how to fix our problem while saving me a technician fee for someone to come out to our home. My wife and I recently moved to Mesquite from Oklahoma. The lady who owned the house we bought could not remember the code. Her security company wouldn't talk to us without a three year agreement. Shawn with Smith Thompson Security reset, checked out and reprogrammed the system for us and showed us how to use it, all without a contract. He was very professional. We also had bugs. Dan with Smith Thompson Pest Control came out, took care of them and gave us helpful hints- also very professional. The best part is, we get half off our monitoring because of the combined service. We couldn't be more pleased.

I was very happy with the technician that activated the system in my new house. He was very friendly and did the job quickly. Smith Thompson is the best deal out there for monitoring. At $16.95 a month, there is not another company that comes close. They have good service too. Had a false alarm just the other day, and their call came in under ten seconds. I have had such wonderfully positive experiences with Smith Thompson. Their phone customer service agents are so kind and helpful and the technician who came to install the system was personable, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained the system. It is a real comfort to me to know that my system is always being monitored, and that even if I accidentally open a door with the alarm on, I will still get a call right away to check on me. Their prices are fair an the service is excellent. I highly recommend Smith Thompson Home Security.
