We bought a house and scheduled for the alarm system to be updated and activated the day after signing. Our technician showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He quickly updated the system, helped set up access on our smartphones and cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our system, monitoring and the price. I have accidentally set off the alarm and they call me almost immediately!

At $16.95 per month and no long term contract, this service can not be beat. Fortunately, I have not had to test what happens upon a breakin, but I was very satisfied with the install and response time to follow up technical questions I have had. I had no security system for years and am very happy I decided to activate Smith Thompson service. I highly recommend them.

Smith-Thompson is A-1 in customer service and response. I have accidentally set off my alarm a couple of times, and within FIVE SECONDS, I had a call from the company wanting to know if I was okay. I feel very safe, and the system is so easy to use. The technican Shawn was able to set up monitoring using the existing system in my home, and was very thorough in showing me how to use it. I recommend Smith-Thompson to all my real estate clients, because I know first-hand that they provide top-notch service, and at the lowest rates I've seen.

I’m a big fan of Smith Thompson Home Security! Their rate is only 16.95 per month and their customer service is fantastic. When they came out to turn on the existing system in the our new home they thoroughly explained how the alarm worked and took time to make sure everything was functioning as it should (and didn’t charge anything for this activation visit!). Also, they don’t charge for false alarms which is great cause I’ve had three of those already! I’m really pleased with my experience with Smith Thompson and highly recommend them.
