SmithRx has been a tremendous business partner helping us lower our pharmacy spend without sacrificing service and benefits. They have an amazing team of experts that helped me understand the nuances of pharmaceuticals and the industry. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a response from our account manager or their team, and in the rare instance when an employee's problem could not be immediately resolved, the SmithRx team reaches out to explain options, so I don't have to. Rx costs are out of control and SmithRx is doing their part to keep costs in check, or even lower prescription costs. It may mean the end user has to do a little more work but with costs increasing the way they are, it is understandable for people to have to be more involved. Thanks for doing what you do SmithRx!
