No payment made after several days of withdrawal, I've reached out to support on numerous occasions but everything looks dead. I placed withdrawal on 1st July and today is 8th, no payment or any response from support. I might stop taking surveys until I see my payment and also update the review. You guys don't want to pay??
Update: Today's 24th July and no payment sent/processed yet. It's quite disappointing
Update: Today's September 28th, no payment still and they keep sending tonnes of email promotions. Pathetic!!

Great site to earn money
Great site to earn money. It works, $25 can take like 2-3 weeks to reach if consistent, but surveys start getting more valuable as you go through the journey. I started getting $1-$2 surveys and from there it was much more easier! Games and Offers work well to complement! I like the interface.

These people are the worst thing to…
These people are the worst thing to deal with, actually there isn’t anyway to deal with them. They have ignored my several “tickets” to support. They owe me money and I can’t even get the email to verify my account after I continuously click on the resend button. Don’t waste your time life is too complicated already this is BS!!

Hi Jose,
Thank you for sharing your experience — and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you went through. You’re absolutely right that the communication delay and the verification issue should have been handled better, and we take responsibility for that.
For clarity and transparency, your payout request was submitted on January 5th, and the payment was successfully processed and sent on January 21st. While this took longer than expected, we did fully honor and complete the payment as owed.
During this time, there was also a technical issue affecting email verification for a small number of users, which contributed to the frustration and made the process feel even more difficult. That issue has since been investigated and resolved to prevent future occurrences.
We understand your main concern was being paid — and while the experience was not as smooth as it should have been, the payment was ultimately fulfilled in full. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect the resolved outcome as well.
We’re actively improving both our payout timelines and support responsiveness, and feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us do better.
Thank you for giving SmartOpinion a try.
Warm regards,
SmartOpinion Support Team

So far I've been able to earn over 15$…
So far I've been able to earn over 15$ but the one star rating is because I put in a payout request to my paypal and nothing has happened. I also reached out to customer service and nobody has gotten back to me about how long a payout takes to get! I have been waiting and waiting!!! If they end up sending my money to my paypal I'll be able to change my review but until then it's one star from me I dont like being ignored!!

Hi Amy,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We completely understand how important timely payouts are, and we’re sorry you felt left in the dark. To clarify for transparency, your payout request was submitted on January 15th and was successfully processed and sent to your PayPal on January 18th.
While this was within our standard processing window, we acknowledge there may have been a short delay in our response time to your support message, and for that we sincerely apologize. We’ve since improved our response workflows to ensure members receive faster communication.
We’re really glad you’ve been able to earn over $15 with us — that’s exactly what we aim for. Since your payment was received and the issue resolved, we kindly ask that you consider updating or removing your review as you mentioned you would once the payout arrived. Honest and updated feedback makes a big difference for growing platforms like ours.
We truly appreciate you being part of SmartOpinion and hope you continue earning with us.
Warm regards,

Legit, but needs patience
I've been using this survey site for a while now and it's been pretty good overall. They have simple surveys that usually take me to partner sites, and I've been paid through PayPal so they're definitely legit.
Their offers are even easier than surveys - quick way to earn, though most are one-time things. Still helps boost your balance fast when you're just starting.
Surveys take anywhere from 5-20 mins depending on which one you get. Sometimes I get disqualified based on my answers which can be frustrating, but that's just how it goes. I reached out to support once when this happened and they were actually responsive and explained it depends on what the surveys are looking for. Can't fake your answers either - they have verification systems, so honesty works best.
If you've got some free time and a bit of patience, it's a decent way to make a little extra cash on the side.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review — we truly appreciate it.
We’re especially grateful that you highlighted both the positives and the realities of survey platforms. Disqualifications can definitely be frustrating, but as you mentioned, they’re based on what each individual research study is specifically looking for. We always encourage honesty, and we’re glad you pointed out that our verification systems are there to keep the platform fair for everyone.
It’s also great to hear that you’ve successfully been paid via PayPal and found the offers helpful for boosting your balance early on. That’s exactly how many members like to get started.
Survey platforms do require a bit of patience, and we’re continuously working to improve qualification rates, expand higher-paying opportunities, and make the experience smoother overall.
We truly appreciate you being part of SmartOpinion and sharing your balanced perspective — reviews like yours help set realistic expectations for new members.
Wishing you continued earnings ahead! 💙
