This is a well organized scam. Beware!! Imposters call claiming to represent Optimum cable and that your payment cannot be processed because C card was not accepted or expired. They send texts every couple of months and I report as scam and block. Optimum is NOT my network provider. Tonight they finally resulted to calling me. That person had a thick Nigerian accent. Hang up and report these bogus callers looking to deplete your funds. God Bless America!!

This is a fraud company that has other fraud companies namely: asmartit.com (now closed) and cablemoverservice.com. Each of their services have a legitimate looking website which offers you discounted price for your cable/phone/internet services and ask you to pay upfront for 6-12 months through Zelle. They have vendor/employee access to Optimum and Comcast (and probably other services). They pass all the security checkpoints and change your account to prove themselves legitimate. At first they will pay your bill for a month or two but after they have exploited you in every sense they will vanish and all those paid money either gets rejected or is credited back to them. They even go ahead and offer to pay credit/electricity/gas bills for you and give you gift cards as bonus. Beware!!! Please save your hard earned money!!! P.S. This seems to be a well established extremely experienced and organized nexus of scam!!
