Andrew was my representative and he was very caring and sympathetic to my needs he explained things to me very clearly where I could understand it and it all made sense. Honestly as I was talking to him and while he was breaking things down to me it really hit me in the head like a rock and I'm thinking if some of the other agencies or companies that I talked to had made it plain like he did I probably would be in a better situation by now, because I would have took advantage of the opportunity but no one said anything about a hardship or the help that was out there for people in situations like me. But when I explained my situation to him he started working on it immediately and got back to me. I've been down for some months now and now I feel as though I can breathe again.
