I’m 79 years old and not very savy with wi-fi, the two gentlemen I spoke with were more than patient. I believe their names were William and Rubin. Because of their dedication we were able to get me on the right track.

It was very quickly and easy to call and connect to real person rather than automated recorded voices.a gentleman Ryan and a sweet lady rosy answered all my questions in a polite professional manner cleared all my doubts and helped me step by step to sign up and dowload the app etc .I am happy satisfied with this first time polite fresh experience .the company is lucky to have such good patient staff who know their job well.thankyou to all .
