You go through all the steps and they tell you they will give you the loan, but you will need to close all of CC's or they cannot give you the amount you need. In dealing with Robb Desoto with Smart Money Capital, he listened to my needs and explained everything in detail before proceeding. It took Robb 20 mins to get back to me, presenting multiple offers and I was able to make an informed decision to move forward. I had 13 credit cards that totaled 16000 that I was able to use pay off, a day and a half after accepting. My credit score will shoot through the roof and I can re-finance in 6 months to offset my current interest rate. Mind you I was paying over 800.00 in payments a month and now, I pay 550.00.
