Working with the Smart Marketer team is such a pleasure. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to marketing — but what stood out just as much was how much they genuinely care. Kind, people-first, and great to work with at every step. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They will charge you for a course and then just take it away without updating it and tell you that you need to spend thousands more to get their updated version.

At Smart Marketer, we pride ourselves on delivering lifetime access to all of our courses. When you purchase a course, you’ll receive the version you bought plus any future updates we make to it at no extra cost. If a course is ever discontinued or replaced, we always ensure a fair solution for our students. We’ll never take your money and leave you without access to what you’ve purchased. That’s not how we operate. We value our community and are committed to supporting our students with integrity. If you feel you haven’t been assisted properly or still have concerns, please message me directly at [email protected], and I’ll be happy to help.

I love Ezra Firestone. He really cares for our success. He's very generous that even their free blogs on smartmarketer.com are full of valuable contents. I just wished I've learned about him & Molly Pittman first before I spent thousands of dollars on another company who's teachings I could find in Ezra's free contents & more.
