Communication was difficult. I've been trying to contact Eric P through vm & email on the status of our application. No response. The 1-800 number does not work. I'm looking at the reviews but why isn't my process like their?? Feeling frustrated..... I edited my review because Matt went above and beyond to make certain the rest of my process was great.
