Received my order and found that one of the lenses wasn’t seated properly. The lenses look like cheap flimsy plastic. Response from the “owner” was that I should just push the lens into place when I asked for return information, and he gave me push back saying they’re higher quality than Ray Bans. I submitted a formal return request 7 days ago, and still have not heard back from the company (they promised a 2 day response window). No new responses from various follow up emails either. When I tried to post a verified 2 star review with photos on their website, it was deleted within 10 minutes. Funnily enough they have 80 only 5 star reviews. I wonder how many hundreds of lower reviews they would have if they let people review them honestly. Do not trust this brand. I agree with another reviewer. Cheap Chinese BS - they care more about how their product is packaged than the actual quality of the glasses.

The sunglasses are without a doubt the worst glasses I have ever owned. They broke inexplicably and there is no contact phone number and someone just emailed me saying that they would give me 50% off a new pair. These must be 50 cents from china.

I love these sunglasses, but when you have a problem with them, forget about getting any support. After a few years one of the arms started to delaminate. Contacted the company and they asked me to send a photo, which I did. After that, no response, even after I emailed several times. Finally the arm broke. I asked if I could purchase a new arm. No response!

These shades just look fabulous. Such great quality. I ordered the Bombshell Abalone shades with smoke lenses. I got them as a treat after being ill. I am absolutely delighted with them. Josh, the owner put a handwritten note in the box, these little touches make a difference. They come in a beautiful presentation box, plus a fabric case and lens cleaner. They are worth every penny. Can't wait till the better weather to wear them!
