I was up close to $1,000.00 (Yes, real money)...got in an argument with a chat guy and slots of vegas banned me. I cannot log in. They stole my money.

They only waste your time and they act on the casinos favour I advise anyone that have an issue with Slots of Vegas casino to file an complaint with Central Disputes System CDS My complaint info : Slots Of Vegas Casino - Casino refused to pay out my winnings of $20k COMPLAINT INFO Disputed casino Slots of Vegas Casino Reason Delayed payment Amount $ 20651.26 From the claims I’ve seen on AskGamblers ,Uk Trustpilot,etc, there are many people who have issues of different types with the casino where the casino comes up with different excuses and tricks to not pay the money. They have also been blacklisted before which I believe concludes they have experience in foul play with their players. If there is any one that wants to join me on recovering the winnings money or to take a legal action against Slots of Vegas casino , I’m happy to help and to collaborate with them . I will not stop until I recover my winnings.

As u can see all the negative reviews are very much REAL. They gave me a coupon for free spins. I won $1500 from it, met my playthrough requirements, than all of a sudden they take away all of it except for $50. Don't play here they just waste ur time and money. Good thing they only got a chance to waste my time cuz they will NEVER see a penny of my money

Very poor communication and don’t want to payout. After many chats I was finally told that my credit union was on their restricted list so at the request of Sandy/vIP host, I opened an account with a nationally known bank…..provided all the docs and was still denied. With each chat, more info requested including my acct # and the address of my beneficiary….what? No way! None f this was necessary when I played on another online casino…..sooooo frustrating!

Overall I like the site and their bonuses however the company that owns them is the same as Raging Bull casino, Planet 7 casino, Silver Oak, Slotsgarden, Cool Cat Dreams and Ruby Slots to name a few. When you make a withdrawal it clearly states it will be reviewed within 5 days, then payment will take 7-10 days after that, one of the slowest payback times in the industry. If that isn’t bad enough EVERY withdrawal I’ve made has taken a MONTH OR MORE to get payment despite my constant hounding they give excuse after excuse and pass the buck to the next person I talk to. They have “terms and conditions” however they only apply to the player and they do not hold up to their side of the agreement whatsoever!!! Then was asked for more personal information.Then gave me the run around afterwards I get an email from them telling me I couldn't get my winnings because of mixed winnings. Had a very bad experience with them. Sad can't believe how people do stupid things like that to others.
