Have been trying to withdrawal for over a month. Customer service keeps saying they will escalate the case and I will be contacted but they have failed to do so twice already. Both withdrawal requests I put in weren’t “reviewed for processing” and I had to contact support who requests all kinds of info for “verification” then they escalate the case. To the point that now they’re escalating an escalated case (How, idk). Still no timeframe for approval or payout (which takes 7-10 days after the 7 business day approval wait period).
