This has been the worst experience of my casino gambling online experience This place makes it blatantly obvious they could care less about the customers the very people that are putting the money in their account I keep getting nothing but generated responses and no answer to anything This is unacceptable and it's ridiculous to say the very least I have not ever been through such a long drawn out unjustifiable unnecessary process just to get winnings I'm going on over a month now it's disappeared from the site altogether four days ago it's not in my account now they're telling me it's going to be another 7 to 10 days through there dispersing process partner whatever the hell that means I am so frustrated How would anybody feel comfortable putting another $0.50 on that website knowing if you win money This is what you're going to be put through no thank you I will not ever spend another dime there I'm telling you I was shocked to see all of the reviews against this place all because of them holding on to winnings unjustifiably there's no reason for it at all 2024 it should not take a month and a half or longer to press a button and send somebody they're winnings It takes two seconds It's ridiculous very shady very skeptical business practices for sure I have a feeling one of these days they're just going to disappear and everybody's going to be SOL
