They do NOT pay

Got scammed out of 300 dollars, for the love of god please do not use this fraudsters! I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB, They give you a bonus when you sign up of 35 dollars with an impossible 1500 dollar wager which is impossible to most people! I got lucky and won over 1000 dollars and cleared the bonus, Then they minued 90% of it to 100 dollars, and then i reach out to customer support, and then told me its in their terms to do that since it was lower than the play though amount which makes no sense! I then went and brought my 100 dollars up to 300 dollars and cashed out, they made me deposit 10 dollars in litecoin which to me was a huge RED FLAG! i was asked for my drivers license and i provided that, they then turned around and minued my winnnings again to 100 and told me that i cannot win more than 100 dollars on the sign up bonus which was hidden in their terms! Horrible people, they truly deserve the worst in life…. they will ask you for your entire life information and NEVER pay you out. They say your are “verified” but when it comes to a withdrawal they need a multiple “verifications” and “documents” This company is a scam.. don’t give your identity up like my dumb ass… save your money and go to a real casino. They have a corrupt system and own the same BS casino with different names. To name a few Slots of Vegas Raging bull slots Any website with similarities to these guys DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. True terrorists.. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY …. Now if or when and once I do get my money I will correct this but for now stay away people…

I made a deposit without a bonus on the lightning bitcoin option, After making said deposit, I proceeded to do well and made some money. I requested a withdrawal.I decided to patronize thier casinos again since it went ok the first time. This was before i realized how long you have to wait for there "Verification process", and "Withdrawal processing period". So I selecting a promotional code and it didn't go through. So I tried several times to get it to go through to no avail. Fast forward through the extended waiting period. I contacted the casino to see what was taking so long. They informed me that I would not be receiving it. Because I claimed multiple bonuses in a row. Well the last successful transaction I made before the withdrawal was a promotional free deposit. I have screenshots of everything.

I have a screenshot of a bonus coupon rules I used when making a deposit. I went up to $9.5K after fulfilling the playthrough requirements with no max cash out. I ended up requesting $8.5K in withdrawals (well overdue) and SOV took 2-3 weeks to tell me the winnings were void and I would only receive $400 (or 10x my deposit). They followed up by correcting the wording of the coupon on the site and said the rule was still 10x deposit max cash out and it was the marketing departments fault it wasn’t updated. It is absolutely insane to me that they can falsely advertise in this manner and not follow up with integrity. This turned me off to all online casinos (probably better off)! REMEMBER - this is not US licensed and you have no governing body or grounds to dispute anything they determine.

Deposited 3 days ago they sent a free spins won over 500 bucks asked if I could withdraw they said no it's a scam stay away!
