I shouldnt even give them 1 star. I completely got ripped off for about 5,000.its like they never had any intentions on paying me. I felt so bad the money i had put in just gone. Never played again. If there was a class action lawsuit. I would be all about it. I have proof they ripped me off.

I won 400 on slots and then in order to recieve my winnings, was told I needed several personal documents submitted... I followed the info as stated, and after almost 2 mo...im told they will not pay me... I saved all emails and chats....they said I was denied.... But, the payout departmental email, stated congrats but your banking info wasn't valid. But it's valid when it accepts my deposit to play.... After this dispute, they now will not accept my banking card, but I can play if I use bitcoin now... What a scam site....

Absolute garbage. Their payout process is a complete joke. Avoid this scam site like the plague. One star isn't low enough. Negative stars should be an option.

So this game I got through inclave it was horrible. First it charged my card 30 with a 3 dollar fee not one time but 2 times. When I asked customer service about it he said you have to play it. What I literally played over a t least 600 dollars on different games before it finally ate the money. It even said 30 dollars was redeemable but the customer service rep said no you need to play it longer at least 371.00 more dollars before I can cash you out what? They only gave me 130 dollars on a 66 dollar deposit and after playing and playing and playing I maintained at 60 hoping to at least get my money back. Lol I'm never playing online again they all suck I will go to the casino where if I win money I get it. F losers I would never play with this company they are rude and do not pay you

What is the point of this casino taking bitcoin for deposits? I initiated a withdrawal of $1,100 a month ago,my KYC was approved before I even initiated the withdrawal and I still have not seen my winnings. The withdrawal was approved and still nothing.There customer service just keeps putting up terms and conditions crap about withdrawal times. If you want to wait a month or two to ever see your winnings then go ahead and play this casino but what I think is going on is they want to hold on to my bitcoin as long as they can hoping it might go down where they wouldn't have to take as big of hit than they would if they would just pay me straight back to my bitcoin wallet, the same place I deposited from. I guess IT'S GOOD TOO BE DA KING!

If i could give zero stars i would! I won $200 on a bonus round. Played the play through wager then as im trying to complete my withdrawal, They want me to deposit $10 just to make sure my cripto account was valid?! L O L when that didnt work, my money disappeared. Then support claimed they have no record of it!

Scam of all scams Lol they really tried to tell me “your country of residence differs from your place of birth” so they can keep stalling on giving me my withdrawal lol and sent that email after i already deactivated that acct cause they kept giving me the run around .. i live in hayward, california and my birth certificate is from oakland, california lmao theyre a freakking joke and need to be shut down

Requested a withdrawal of 6 grand on 8/30 everything was verified on there end and now there saying my bank doesn't accept fedwire transfer when I called my bank they said yes they do so I asked for a paper check and was refused SCAM
