They take your vip away if you win I won 2500 they took the vip away so I couldn't use the fast withdrawal and split it in half the second half doesn't review until the first half is approved so 60 days for your money I played a lot to get the vip and no warning it was gone right after I won I also won 8 and it was in for 7days the they pulled it from withdrawal and put it back in my balance so If I wanted to wait 90 days I could of requested a new withdrawal

This casino is SOOO SHADY! you deposit money, win and try to cash out. They put a note on the withdrawl that you need more documents (utility bill, bank statement, id) you send ALLL THIS. They email back saying they can’t wire to that act and to send a new account.. mind you, my bank confirmed they can accept the wire. The casino chat loser literally told me to open a new bank account and use for a month and try again. They have no phone number to talk to a human and they ignore emails. They make you send the same documents 10 times and never give you a reason why. This casino need to be shut down for fraud, and I will do my part to make sure that happens. if you want to win money, stay away from this casino. Can we all get together and shut them down? Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative commented on my recent deposits, stating I had only deposited $38 and implied I was "begging for free money." That is completely unacceptable from someone representing the company's VIP department. After sending me countless emails encouraging me to contact VIP, the only solution they offered was a $40 bonus, while completely ignoring the real issues: repeated verification denials and the fact that I have never been allowed to withdraw any winnings.
