I won a jackpot of $4500 I requested a withdrawal, I then needed to verify identity, they then said I cropped my address on my bill to verify my address, I submitted 3 more bills with the same address and they then verified my address, my withdrawal sat in pending status another 3 days so I went back to customer service again and asked about my withdrawal and next thing I know is it disappeared, I got to the chat and they said that after I won I played a game that broke the terms so the voided my grand jackpot win.. I disputed this and we went back and forth and the offered me $500 of my $4500, I declined and another 4 days of back and forth and they come back with $1500.. I’m still not happy but pissed at this point and just want my money, now we are at 3 weeks since my $4500 win, they give me back $1500 but won’t let me withdraw it… now 3 weeks later also the card I used to deposit money to this site (a brand new card only used 1 time and only on this site, activated day of use) started getting unauthorized uber trip charges.. this card has never been used anywhere else, They claim no responsibility and that’s literally impossible, they messes with the wrong card because they didn’t realized this card was only used here.. so not only did this site scam me out of my $4500 win they also fraudulent used my credit card.. They have no live customer support to dispute.

One of the worst games I've ever played to have a legal way to rob you and that's it had $2,000 and told me that I mixed my money with something else and took my $2,000 and didn't give them back my money I put on there to start with like I said just a legal way to Rob everybody that should be thrown in jail

Do not play! If you get any winnings, they will make them impossible to withdraw. They told me I had to get above $100 in winnings to make a withdrawal which I did. Then they declined my withdrawal and said that my deposit was declined so they took to deposit out of my winnings, which dropped me back down to $56 and they said I had to play my winnings back up to 100 to cash out which of course I lost Complete bullshit

Worst casino app. Like everyone else, your deposits will be trapped and they will continue to deny any withdrawal requests regardless if its a bitcoin deposit or credit card. Those free spins are never just free spins, they will use it as threshold amount against wins before you can withdraw even if you won using newly deposited funds. Count me in the lawsuit!
