1st I don't know where I seen the ad for this casino. But it was claiming to be Caesars Virginia. In the Google play store. That's what it said on the icon once you installed it. I won and wanted to withdrawal. That's how I realize it was Slot of Vegas and by now it's no longer on the good play store and the icon on my phone now take you to whole another site. Called Casino Cafe. I had to provide personal information to get my withdrawal request in . To notice that it was declined couple of days later. Now it been approved by the manager week ago and I still haven't gotten my money yet.

So I won a jackpot of $4500. Played the playthrough and then tried to withdraw. They gave me the runaround. Then the withdraw team sent me a notice . They said they confiscated $5000 of winnings because after winning the money I played a progressive slot. So their resolution for loosing $500 on a progressive was to take all my winnings from legitimate slots. Make no mistake this is a scam.

My experience with lots of Vegas with all bad they take you through a lot of strenuous send this send that support system documentation it's been since September 15th I won 1900 I'm yet to get it and this is November 21st they don't give you your money they take you through lies and lie after lie they tell you they're going to give you your money they tell you need to constantly email them information they just string you along they don't give you your money and at the very end I've called in the last few days still looking for my money they told me that they can send it through crypto which I believe is a scam when they continue to tell me they're not a scam that they've been in business for over 20 years but how if your study scamming people for money I recommend that they be investigated in some type of way because this is out of control that your steady scamming people and study online front and as a casino that you can win from when you don't give people their winnings

This website is a SCAM as I now see many others have reported. After waiting 11 days for a withdrawal my withdrawal was denied and I was told I had a remaining play through balance. My account shows 0 as my play through balance. After bringing that to the representatives attention he then listed more reasons for the denial. Do NOT waste your time or MONEY with this fraudulent company!

THIS APP IS A TOTAL SCAMMM I WON AND THEY TOLD ME MY WINNING SRE NONWITHDRAWABLE I AM SO SAD RUN RUN RUUUUUUUN !!!!!!

They will steal your money and won’t give you any winnings.

They will take your money no problem but if you win and have a bunch of money this is how they will make you jump through hoops 1. Have abnormal banking questions that aren’t required / your bank probably doesn’t have for a wire transfer 2. If you argue with them they just give you every excuse in the book until eventually they will say “we will do a 1 time crypto $500 transfer” which you could of won a million dollars that’s all you’ll get. 3. For the crypto transfer it’ll be pending for 3-8 weeks and then get canceled and they will say you didn’t complete your play through if you go and play more with it and hit the amount they said you need to spend with it and resend it they will then hit you with the same answer but a higher play through number. 4. After arguing and threatening lawyer they actually closed my account which honestly probably the best out come to have my account removed from their bullshit site. They scam scam scam go to betway, I found betway is great with a etrasnfer payout 4-8 hours after you cash out and 0 problems with them heck I even hit a jackpot of 4K and I got it in 5 hours vs slots Vegas assholes.

Mark Hrebout is the worst representative I ever met. My cash has been approved and everything and now you telling me I can't get my phones due to some Bank stuff I need to send but I won the money I'll spend in which I had went over there threshold in one. I spoke to a representative earlier and she's told me something similar but then she told me that they would send me $100 which would probably be the most I can get but this company is a waste of time it's a scam they won't send you no money. They will have you trying to download your ID send your card information and everything and won't send your money. The thing is they need to be reported to the Federal trade commission or the better Business bureau because they get all this information they just hold on to it also they took my money back. I'm so sick of these companies doing people like this and you can't see them so it's like they're just sitting back laughing at you when I thought this was a reputable site. This site is nothing more than a scam. They telling me they need bank statements for something that happened on 9/30 when I just want the money on 10/29. I am so sick of these pirates something should be done.
