However, this is incorrect based on the actual sequence of events. I completed the full wagering/playthrough requirement before placing the $25 bet. The $25 wager was made only after the playthrough was finished, at which point the bonus conditions should no longer apply and the balance should be considered real funds. I agree totally with "CU" (customer) rating from Feb. 26. I gave this casino lots of money and got behind. what went wrong was I successfully completed all the requirements of the first coupon code I use. I cleared it out fully. I began to raise my bet and hit big. I even spoke with customer service earlier today that verified my betting was within the rules and requirements when she verified my account info.
