Confiscated $627 winnings over Arabic name registration - Refuses ID verification
I am extremely disappointed with SlotoCash Casino. After fulfilling all playthrough and wagering requirements for a $627 withdrawal, my account (hamzhu) was suddenly closed and my funds were confiscated. The reason? I registered my name using Arabic characters. I provided my official government ID and bank statements proving my identity matches, and offered to correct the name spelling in English. Instead of helping, customer support blocked my access and stole my legitimate balance. This is an unfair tactic to avoid paying players. I have already filed an official dispute on AskGamblers and expect a full resolution and release of my $627.

Worst casino site ever, stay away. Unless you only use bitcoin or have a bitcoin wallet. If you try otherwise, get real money, you will be charged either 50-60 dollars just to withdraw.

Complete Scam
I won several times in excess of a few thousand dollars. They make it impossible to cash out. When they finally let me cash out $1000 they took the remaining amount left in my account and said, "although you had an active coupon we will allow you to withdraw the $1000 as a courtesy this time". I entered my wire transfer info for 7 days in a row only to have the funds put back into the casino account. It's a complete scam. Don't waste your time.

Definitely a scam lol idk what these other reviews are ..they must be employees.. i should have knew when i deposited 25 and got 175 to gamble with..then you choose a game thinking youre winning then go to cash out and they say its bonus money they give u little by little lmao i shouldnt have to follow some B.s. guidelines and challenges to redeem money im gambling to win..dont even waste ur time ..and Definitely dont believe these over hyped review cuz its a scam

App is a scam, don’t do it!!! I REPEAT “DONT PLAY”. I hit 1800$ and they gonna tell me it’s bonus money. If you don’t plan on winning big then they’ll take only faithfully. Only way you win big is if they give you bonus spins. Then when you do, you won’t be able to withdrawal the money. TRASH AS SCAMMING MFS!!!
