This company is absolutely horrendous. It’s almost impossible to get paid out for your winnings. The customer service is a joke. They will easily take your money for payment, then make it impossible to process a payout. Oh, this is a good one…. They pay out by sending you a check!!! Ha ha ha. It took months for me to receive my check, and I only received it after threatening legal action. I highly discourage using this app. It only leaves you angry and frustrated. Oh, you have to buy a $20 membership to receive your payout by direct deposit. It is a huge ordeal to add your checking account to the app. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about this app. I recommend using a different app altogether. You should NEVER have to purchase a membership, to receive your winnings via direct deposit…. I just can’t get over the fact that they send a check for the winnings!!!! Can you believe this!?!?!? It’s a joke. I ended up paying the $20 , so I could receive my winnings via direct deposit…there was no problem processing that payment…imagine that. It’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for my money…. It’s ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere…. Trust me on this! It’s not worth it!!

I would give it zero Stars if that was an option. I cashed out for a check to be sent in the mail over 2 months ago, I've emailed the help/ email many times and no response, there's no customer service, even though they claim that all you have to do is email them and they'll get back with you. They don't, so don't waste your time or Money there's plenty of legitimate sites that pay when you cash out and actually have customer service. Because this site does neither.

Horrible service. I’ve been contacting them for over 3 months to change my phone number because I have 200$ to cash out on there and 300 to play with, at this point they are just ignoring me, I plan on writing a bbb report after this review. Stay away from these people

I haven’t signed up but am giving them b**** status for not paying! Join FanDuel, DraftKings, onyxodds.com, boom, Fliff, or Courtside! I can guarantee that I have used the free promo codes and won/cashed out atleast 50-500$ on each site. Obviously DraftKings PayPal payment is instant so it’s the best! FanDuel takes 12-24 hrs and onyx is the same. Those are my three top sites that I can guarantee good customer service and payment on! To the owners of this site, I hope you get your butts sued off!!

Terrible site! They withdraw your money from your account without a problem, but when it comes time to collect your winnings, the app doesn’t allow. For 3 months now, I am waiting for my profile to be complete. I put all my information in and yet the system won’t update. Everytime I reached out to them about verifying my information and withdrawing my money, they keep sending me the same generic email asking if it’s a New or Same issue. Then they never respond! This is a terrible site with no customer service and I would not recommend anyone getting involved with it!

No stars this website is a scam. Have a payout in the processing stage for 2 months. Have reached out to them in every possible way multiple times with no response. Have an appointment with an attorney next week. I will be filing a lawsuit. From what I've read I won't be the only one.
