SlipsReviews of slips.com

You absolutely perish before get your cash ach and paper checks take entirely too long to reach you other then that a great site I love to play here but guys c’mon 😢

I have reviewed this site countless times by now. Im going to try to keep this as short as I can to summarize all. I spent 6 months back and forth with AI just to get verified. I also threatened a lawsuit, not sure if that helped. I requested and got my first check payout of $100. It was only after I waited the 14 days and wanted to do another payout that I was greeted with an error and then had to notice on my own through site navigation that free tier member can only request up to $100 via check a month and its their only form of withdrawal. On April 4th I processed another $100 check. By the 26th it still had not processed even with numerous emails. The only response I got was that I should consider joining premium where I can withdraw straight to my bank and have a higher monthly limit of $250. I was extremely skeptical of course. You cant function properly now, and you want me to spend more money in hope youll be able to properly function then? I figured since I only initially invested $25 in this site that I would give it a shot. I joined premium. I requested my ACH payout of $250 and the wait began. It was a sunday morning. Its is now the evening of April 27th and I noticed this morning they took their $19.99 payment for premium and that was it. Finally a few mins ago noticed the $250 pending in my bank. Overall this site needs HUMAN customer service and not AI. This is making so many players frustrated with lack of help and replies to emails. The rules should also be clearly stated up front somewhere. Not on a hidden back page of the website.you have to look for to find. I will keep the monthly 20 subscription as long as im able to withdraw every month also in order to offset that payment and make a profit. The only worry I have at this point is I could find no easy way to cancel premium should I wish to do so, other than delete my account.

This app is really confusing, I’ve had all my ach payouts hit my account in 2 days, super solid and quick. Yet i have a betslip from the masters that still hasn’t settled and payed me out. I contacted support twice about it and keep getting emails back asking if this is a new issue or the same issue, i don’t get it. Just pay us out please we have over 4k in the winners pot

I’ll give credit where credit is due they seem to have figured out their ach issues and I was able to cashout fairly painlessly this time if this keeps being the new normal my ratings will also continue to improve this is a good step

ANYONE WHO USED ACH ON THE 19-22 OF DECEMBER, AEROPAY SAID THERE WERE REDEMPTIONS THAT WERENT PROCESSED CORRECTLY AND TO EXPECT THEM TODAY, JUST 20 MINS AGO MY REDEMPTION FROM THE 19TH HIT MY ACCOUNT!

It’s not a terrible idea for an app, and it most definitely has potential. But I have a few issues. First off the app user interface looks modern and well put together, but it is a pain to navigate and it is annoyingly slow to load the main page sometimes. Even when I am sitting in my house in arms reach of my router. Then there is the more pressing issue which for me started with them advertising a deposit $10 And receive $100 free in bonus bets/credits. You see it advertised everywhere, when you’re on the app it is a little banner that hangs right below your balance and says” 💸 Get $100 Hurry While it lasts” when you click it, it again says deposit $10 and get $100 bonus credits. So that what i did i deposited $10 plus the deposit fee only because of the offer. Well of course i didn’t receive the advertised bonus credits. Then to make matters worse, i have now sent three different emails in the last 7-10 days regarding this. Not one single time have i received a response from any customer support or anyone from the app to try to rectify the issue. I was just completely ignored while i still receive ads and promos about the same offer I completed but didn't get credited for. If you read the app store reviews you see the exact same thing over and over, along with people never receiving their funds. Do your self a favor if you are gonna use the app NEVER deposit a dollar of your own money.

All you guys gotta do it go to bank of America they cash the check it's issued from the bank write on the check I've cashed one already but the customer service on this site does suck but the check does cash at the bank of America. I requested a 2nd and 3rd check neither has come !!! But As long as I get my checks every 14 days as I request it I'll be fine with this site but also I can't use my bonus points from the Website I don't have a iPhone so I can't download the app but from a android and using the sites .com I can't use my bonus points at all ??

Really frustrated with their help email communication. I send an email with a question to help address. I then get an automated reply asking for more information/details. I then respond with the requested information. Then I get another automated reply asking for more information/details. I write back again only to just keep getting this generic automated email over and over for days. Edit: Related to Slips reply here. They provide steps to contact them at help slips com but they still continue to only reply back with auto-generated responses that never answer my questions.
