Verification had been pending for almost a year (8 months roughly) and never passed. I emailed them threatening a lawsuit and magically the next day all the verifications passed……. Seems incredibly suspicious. Almost want to continue with the lawsuit anyways because the app is 100% a scam. Do not spend money here you will never receive your “check in the mail”.

Never play with this sports betting company they pay you out for the first time and there after they pretend like your check is lost in the mail I’ve cashed out four times from them, but yeah, I’ve only received one check that was my very first check after that they do not return your calls. They do not respond to you. They do not pay you. They pretend like they pay you but they do not, and they pretend like their check is not lost in the mail, but you never get your money ever ever ever ever. Please refrain from playing with this people.

I am missing 2 checks been waiting months

I would give them zero stars. They started out legit, and would send out your check. Then they started cheating me out of bets and stopped sending out checks. So, I guess they robbed me of a lil over $100.

It was fine at first. Then, a year later I had to go through lengthy and difficult process of confirming my identity. After that I requested two payouts with the oldest being on Sep 1 and the second on Sep 16. I have never received neither of those. Contacting “customer care” by the only mean available - email - resulted in autogenerated email with explanation how the payout process work and asking to contact customer care if I have not received my check within 2 weeks. Frustrating and disappointing

Missing 2 payments. My advice to all the others is open up chargebacks with your banks for any payment made to slips, contact bbb and ftc and App Store and/or class action.

It took a month to get my ID verified, then I could finally request a payout. I requested a payout on September 5th. I haven't received it and it's October 15th and I've received nothing. I've emailed support multiple times and no response other then the generic ai response. Update: I now have 2 payouts they haven't paid me for. I still haven't received the received the one from September and now I have one from January 1st. I emailed as requested by the reply but I don't think I'll get a response.

I cant get through the state ID identity verification. That means I cant cash out the money I won. My winnings been sitting on slips.com for months now.
