Support has been atrocious, enough to make a man cry. They sent me a check that was bogus and uncashable and now their support acts like they don't understand a word I am saying. I have had multiple tickets open since October to get that bad check resolved as well as issues with uploading my ID... their support is incapable of actually providing support and their entire system in place for uploading ID is beyond broken. Do not be a customer of this place, save yourself the pain.

I’ve won over 1000.00 over 2 years. It’s listed on the app. Can’t redeem a payout and can’t get help from customer service (joke). So aggravating. That’s a lot of money for me to lose. It’s a total SCAM!

This company is a complete SCAM tha owes tons of people tons of money. Thieves. I’ve been waiting for a check for over 3 months now. Why can they take your money through debit and credit yet not pay you the same way??? Stay away from these scammers.

Slips suck I can't even upload my ID to complete my redemption. The killer part is I had previously done so and a redemption. Now I apparently have to do the same thing over again but their site won't upload my ID I've tried literally more than 100 times.Ive contacted their customer service 17 times and gotten no help with the issue just generic answers...Slips is Trash Slips Sucks Don't even waste your money or time. I know you won't pay out Jess Richman. Hope you're enjoying your lofty life off the backs of everyone you've stolen from! I have been unable to verify my identity since around late July to early August of 2025. I finally emailed them a week ago and got the typical generative AI/auto response that I expected which said "it may take longer for some people to verify". They won't let me verify and withdraw a measly $88.99. It says my address is incomplete regardless of how many times I've entered it and it IS correct and matching with my license, and my license is still "Pending" despite it now being 4 months later. I was able to cash the first check from them which was $117.59. Getting that first check took about a month in total from requesting it to having the money in my bank account. They were offering a $100 dollar promo so I put in $25 of my own money on August 1st 2025, claimed the promo, and made some more bets, I won 5 bets totaling 88.99. Ever since then I've been waiting on the verification, I gave it some time and figured maybe they have a small team and a lot of requests. But there are instant verification services that exist out there that could've had it done in a few minutes. With the abundance of negative reviews they have, it's clear that they're running a scam. Either they don't have the money to pay or this was the intention from the get go (I pick the latter). They get you to trust them by giving you that first check, then they bait you into putting your own money in with a promo, and when you go to withdraw again, they put you behind the verification wall and refuse to let you speak with a human. I've just emailed them again and I informed them that it wouldn't be difficult for everyone they haven't paid who has paid in to the platform to form a class action lawsuit against them. And that unless they've prepared for this as part of the scam (for example not being located in the US like they claim, or an LLC that has no value), it would cost them much more to fight a lawsuit than to pay up and shut the business down.

THEY SEND OUT BAD CHECKS! So not only did they not pay me, they cost me money in returned check fees. Reached out several times to customer service and have gotten absolutely no response. Hopefully they end up in some legal trouble for fraud.

They won’t pay you out through a check. Don’t pay for a ACH payouts because that’s a lie too. It’ll say you need to upgrade when choosing ACH payout over check. But when pressing the upgrade button it doesn’t take you anywhere to upgrade. I have 5 rock, paper, scissors bets still pending for over 2 weeks. Now in Kansas I can’t bet on any sports like before and have 140 in feee bets I can never find use. Plus if you have a cash balance from winning a bet. Theres no option to use free bet money overbalance money so they always take from your balance before using free bets money. Says check in two weeks in two weeks and still pending. See a lot of people waiting on their checks that I’ve been waiting longer than me.
