Had no issues before withdrawing my winnings until the end of 2025. Now im waiting on over $250. They are so fast to take your money, but when it comes to pay out forget about it. Don't waste your time on this scam site, actions should be taken against them. *Update* 2/19/2026 - I've been reaching out through email the past 2 month's this reply Slips has posted is irrelevant, specially since I'm still waiting for a reply from the last email I sent. Don't let their reply to this change your mind, there customer service is terrible.

They deserve zero stars! Its been since september and still havent recieved my check in the mail. I got two copy and paste standard emails from them. And it was them avoiding answering my complaint. They are total scams i would not waste your hard earn money on this app. Only to get your bubble burst once you realize you will not ever see that money!

The problem I have was slipped is what most people have. They will not send you your money. It sits there forever and ever and ever and they do not send you a check. They also respond to your emails with the same standard answer and it’s ridiculous.

Scam. Makes withdrawing winings difficult if at all possible . Not transparent with what they offer and how they do things

Like everyone else says the payout is terrible i think they should just drop the app because it’s wrong on what you have to go through you win and they doesn’t want to payout your winnings which is not right I do not recommend anyone to this app it’s bad have a nice day My payout been saying processing for the longest

They refuse to respond to costumer service emails and I had like $300 in my balance and now I have $100 i swear they literally stole my balance

I won a Hoops Hype Tourlay for $2510.00 for the week of January 9th and They have yet to pay me or even acknowledge that I won period. I have sent emails after emails and NOTHING! I have a family to feed and need that money for bills and stuff. I have pictures of my picks and pictures of the games with the scores.. MY REPLY TO SLIPS…I have sent you SEVERAL emails with my name, address, everything! I sent the pictures and all you still have NOT PAID ME! ITS BEEN A MONTH now! I sent all the info you asked for. Next I will post ALL of my emails sent to you in the past month.

Absolutely horrible service I paid for multiple services and bonus bets that were never available to me at all or credited to my account this company has been blatantly lying about adding ACH payouts for months and now that their added to the app absolutely none of the PAID subscriptions to make them available work whatsoever don’t ever even consider using this site or app in your life
