The gel pads did not stick on when I received my order. I sent an email and they sent me stick on gels for free,which was considerate. Unfortunately they did not stick and the device kept falling off. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. No reply. I sent 2 more emails indicating that my device doesn't work. They didn't even reply to my email. Worst customer service and awful product. A waste of time and money.

Immediately after placing the order not even a minute ordering the ab destroyer decided to cancel purchase right after. I was not able to cancel! They make it difficult for you to cancel order. I sent them an email right away just to later receive a response stating due covid they are not taking orders back! I don't even have the product yet! After numerous emails and calls the costumer service does not responded what so ever. It wasn't even process and it took almost 2 months to receive order! To make matters worse I call me bank and let them know on the company policies and they have not heard of company policies in which the company can't cancel order before being shipped. Now I have product that DOES NOT WORK!!and got my money taken!DO NOT BUY!! Product is CRAP and COMPANY is a SCAM! They need a -5 of rating

If I could give a negative -5 star rating I would. I ordered this on May 6th as a gift for someone, and it’s May 15th still in transit, don’t even look like it’s moving at all. Paid $40 for this item, and they scammed me just that quick. They have no respect for their customers, and apparently their products are worthless looking through the others bad reviews, I wished I wouldn’t have ordered from this company. It’s sad even during Covid-19 pandemic, people losing jobs, homes, lives, you still have people take from people because they don’t care. Excellent Customer service matters trust me, this company could use some of that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU SEE MY REVIEW. Save your money, and your time!!!!!!

This company is clearly a scam. I messaged them earlier in the month because I still haven't received my product in over a month It says it's at my post office but it's not. One person responded after multiple emails and said to call my post office so I did and they said they don't know where it's at. So today I messaged them again and got an email back saying that all messages to them have been blocked. I will be going to the better Business bureau and leaving reviews everywhere so everyone knows what a scam this is! And yes I have pictures of the email I got just saying all messages were blocked.

Save your money , nothing works and no one got back to me for a refund, they literally stole My money

I ordered from slimvi in Jan 2021 my item was sent out with no address and was sent back on February 4th by the post office.I sent an email explaining to them that they included no address and that the package was sent back I ask for a refund or another item to be sent out and they told me to contact usps worst experience ever don’t ever buy from them they are full of bull

Terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company! I tried to cancel my order about a minute after it was placed. I received an email back saying my order had been processed and it was not possible to cancel. The next sentence went on to say it would take 3-5 days to process my order after payment verification?? Clearly my order had not been processed and they just have terrible customer service. I am now waiting for return information.... I imagine that’s not going to be an easy process based on their responses so far.
