I use SlideUpLift to get design ideas, I am otherwise proficient in PowerPoint designs.

I got ample of free presentation templates options. I often make presentations on the research work I do so I found their free collection quite broad and relevant for my needs. Didnt feel any friction or paywall in buying process!

When I went to their site, i found my way to their free templates. At the top of the website page, it says Sign up for free plan. Well, everytime I clicked the button on the page, it would send me to the cart to pay for a $24.99 monthly plan. When I cahtted with them about it, they said we ae changing th9ings we only off a free trial now. They refused to honor what was clearly on their website, not in just one place. Their excuse was they were in the middle of changing their website. But, if that was the case then they should have had the site down for maintenance. Not keep advertising a free membership in musltiple spots.

I tried to buy the project plan templates from the site using Paypal and Mastercard Credit Card and both the payment failed to go through. For Paypal, it says that it cannot accept the payment in your currency (INR) and for others, it says "bad request". I am not too sure what other methods one can use to subscribe to the seervices.
