Seems common that Slickwraps is unresponsive to their customers. And when they do respond to emails/inquiries, it's a generic reply that changes out a word or two with the gist of the message being an apology for the delay due to whatever sale they're having at the time. I requested a refund for something that hasn't shipped for almost 2 weeks now, and still no response. Edit: Still no response from Slickwraps personally, but I did receive an email saying my product has shipped. Mysteriously after I wrote this review. Coincidence?

Firstly, Slickwraps products are fantastic. They are great value. High quality. Precision Cut. Trendy and well designed. The Bad is the horrendously slow processing and delivery times. Im currently on 42 days from my order and looks from tracking like I won't see delivery anytime soon. They do warn on their website that because of year round sales, order fulfillment is slow. They also dont let you cancel after the first 2 hours of your order. If you are reading this because you are considering ordering from Slickwraps. You will get great products, just know you won't GET them for a few months. And you cant cancel. And it usually takes a few days to hear back from customer service (but its usually a copy/pasted stock reply)

It is now January 31th, I received the order confirmation on December 30th last year. It takes over a month for Slickwraps over a month to process and ship an item, do not buy from them they offer no help on customer support either. This actually mind-boggling how terrible their processing speed and customer service is. I receive emails saying "I am sorry for the delay. Due to the high volume of orders in our facility and the recent holiday we are delayed on getting orders pushed out. We are working as quickly as possible to push all orders out. You will get an email once that goes out. The tracking at that point will need 24 hours to update. Sorry again for the delay.". I understand that you have high volume sales due to a holiday sale but if you decide to put the sale up you must have the responsibility as a company to have the capability to handle the number of orders you receive, something Slickwraps does not understand.

"Unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct" describes Slickwraps perfectly. I placed an order well over a month ago, and my order hasn't arrived. I noticed that it had not been shipped yet after several weeks and requested a cancellation, and they refused. Apparently you can only cancel an order within 2 hours, because after that the orders are "loose in the warehouse." I initiated a Paypal dispute, and they shipped the order, but I still haven't received it. Was it a coincidence that the order shipped after I contacted Paypal? Probably not, but I guess I'll never know. Customer support was awful and very difficult to reach. They failed to respond to my initial tweet and later blocked me on Twitter. That was really the nail in the coffin for me. If at any point, Slickwraps had reached out to me to say "hey, sorry but we're experiencing some delays," or if they had responded to my concerns with just an ounce of understanding, they wouldn't be getting my 1-star review. Unfortunately...here it is.

I ordered a wrap from them and chose four day shipping. After almost a month of waiting for it to be shipped I contacted them and asked for my money back. They told me no you only have 2 hours to cancel from the time you make your purchase. And told me that I would just have to wait. So I contacted PayPal. After one full month slickwraps mailed my wrap the day after I escalated it to PayPal. Shouldn't have to go through so much trouble to get a$15 mass-produced item. Used dbrands. I've used them in the past and there are no troubles. Aside from that the wrap they sent me almost fits really well. But not as good as the one that I had previously got from dbrand. Overall just bad customer experience. This company does not deserve your business

The worst service in the world they told me they shipped my stuff and after 20 days I try to inquire with FedEx and they said the stuff is still with the sender and on top of that slickwraps sent me a tracking number which is no good because they still have my shipment. So 6 days ago I left bad review on trustpilot for slickwraps and within couple hours I get a message from them that we have shipped your order and here is the tracking number. Before I left the review I tried to contact them a couple of times because it had been 6 days since I ordered and there is still processing my order and as soon as I left the bad review they said they sent my order. But the tracking number they gave me is no good because they never shipped my stuff. So it's been a total of 25 days and my order hasn't left their warehouse. They are liars and scam artists so beware. Ive read numerous reviews just like mine and some of those guys haven't even got their stuff ever. people need to know about this damn company

Took forever to process and product sucks

We placed an order on Dec 25, 2017 and are still waiting for a response to our many inquiries. 48 hour email confirmation never arrived so we emailed them as there is no customer contact number to call. We did get an email back from 'Natasha Romanoff ' four days after our email stating "Hello, I am sorry for the delay. Due to the high volume of orders in our facility and the recent holiday we are delayed on getting orders pushed out. This is the busiest time of the year for us here at SW. We are working as quickly as possible to push all orders out. You will get an email once that goes out. The tracking at that point will need 24 hours to update. Sorry again for the delay.". We are still waiting for the first email. Every ticket we submit gets closed with no response. They were quick to take our money but not quick sending the product. If they are so busy maybe they shouldn't be having a 50% sale every other week. BTW we paid full price not knowing how often they have sales. Either deliver our product or refund our money. Update - thanks for the tracking number. Wish this would have been communicated earlier. I'll update post when it arrives. Update - Parcel finally arrived and we are happy with the product.
