Order #3552511 I bought the skin in hopes that it will protect my MacBook Pro from scratches and wear. However, the middle section of skin (the piece that goes around the trackpad, keyboard, and the speaker grills) ended up making permanent marks on the screen of this valuable machine. No matter what liquid I use, I can't get rid of these marks and am completely removing the skin to prevent further damage to the screen. I guess the marks are a result of the added thickness of the mid-skin and because the skin is printed with poor materials which caused it to rub against the screen when the lid is closed and resulted in permanent marks. Overall, the quality is very poor and it feels like the design is printed on a piece of paper. No texture and no grip. I wish I never gave SlickWraps a try and wish I had chosen a different company.

I've been having a HORRIBLE experience with Slickwraps, I've ordered 2 skins on February the first and still haven't received anything, they are so unclear about shipping been very unhelpful with my need of assistance.

UPADTE 3/6/18: They reached out to me via TrustPilot about two weeks ago asking for my order number and still have not gotten back to me with a resolution. Read alot of bad things about SlickWraps but I wanted to trust them because they had a pretty good sale for the holidays. Boy was I wrong, they are as bad as everyone says they are. I purchased a skin for my phone during their holiday sale in December. The promotion included 50% off the skin plus a free tempered glass screen protector. I received my skin a month after purchase in mid January WITHOUT my glass screen protector. Contacted Slickwraps multiple times asking when I'll receive the rest of my product and kept being told they're out of stock its coming. Its been two months since my original purchase and I have yet to receive my order in its entirety. Not only that but there was no indication from SlickWraps that I would receive a partial order and they barely respond to emails. Please save yourselves the trouble and the hassle and money because this company has very poor business.

I purchased two of their cases for the S8+. Upon receiving them I realized its just one of their stickers on a Speigen case. Not a big deal until one sticker started peeling off a week later. I contacted Customer Service and Carol was nice and friendly, however their "policies" are stupid - She could send me a replacement but not refund my money. Fine. Took a month to send out the replacement. Since then I started using the second case and it's doing the same thing. It's no wonder they don't offer refunds. Edit: Add lying to the list of sins for this company. I have an email right here from Carol saying they do not offer refunds. I did not "refuse" anything. Nice try!

Apart from the products...This is the worst worst customer satisfaction business these guys are doing...This is my second order I have paced...since I like this products, apart from that I placed an order on Jan 8th, But still there was no update regarding my shipment also I have mailed them regarding the issue many times...But not even a single reply from them. I faced Same problem when I placed my 1st order...Seriously got fed up with these worst guys...

I ordered over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive any product. I hadn't heard any response or updates in weeks so I disputed the charge with my credit card. Coincidentally, just after that Slickwraps sent me an email blaming FedEx but not offering to help or fix the problem in any way.

Customer service is the absolute worst. I have never run into more incompetent people. I ordered a Slickwrap (directly from the company), paid for 3 day shipping but received my order nearly three weeks later. That would have been no big deal had it not been for the fact that they sent me the wrong Slickwrap. Mistakes are made, so I returned it and requested that they send what I had ordered. They then sent me an email telling me I had to pay $6.00 to have the correct Slickwrap mailed to me (so they wanted me to pay for their mistake). I questioned why I had to pay for their mistake, especially since I had to pay to send it back at my expense which would not have been necessary had they sent what I had ordered in the first place. Then, to add insult to injury they send me another email telling me they need me to send pictures of what I received (they had already received the returned Slickwrap, so of course I could not send pictures). Then, I get another yet email telling me that they cannot find the Slickwrap I returned and they need the tracking information. Luckily I returned it by certified mail/return receipt requested. I responded with the tracking number and a request for a refund. They may have a good product, but I may never know because they don't seem to know what they are doing or just don't care once they get your money. I have yet to receive what I had ordered or get a refund.

I have ordered a wrap for my phone on 17/10/18. To this day I haven't received my purchase. I have contacted their customer service and are giving me wrong reference number for tracking my package. Poor service! I highly regret ordering from them.
